Derek & Mike have the post-Worlds blues
In Episode 13 Mike and Derek reconnect after a bit of a hiatus following the World Championships, and Derek recounts his adventures at the Cycle Show in Birmingham, England, including the thrill of seeing Pantani’s 1998 race bike mixed in with lots of modern-manufactured drek. They then move on to deconstruct the Worlds Road Race and the Team GB implosion after Cav’s 100km pull at the front, and other assorted and sundry race and random chatter.
