Hahah, sorry i had to stop reading 3/4 of the way through because it reminded me too much of being at work. My work envolves supporting angry homeless and disabled kids who are bitter at the world. They have been dealt a bad hand and have every right to feel confused and frustrated at a world that seems to be against them. This article on the other hand just seems to be an upset person who is bitter because a pro cyclist is given the opportunity to vent his true feelings in the cycling world. The writer has included their opinion against a cycling commentator and a website that does brilliant things to engage people to want to ride a bike. I wonder whether the author is just upset because someone else is doing a 'better job' than they are.
Ps simonc good comment, second that

nah. you got it right with keenan. being hopeless
his sponsor
rider
placename
pronunciations
are
infantile.parochial. and reliably
incorrect and offensive to sponsors and riders
this guy needs to go to a language teacher and learn how to pronounce
names
I am in the fine wine importing caper
and if I screwed up the names of foreign wines like keenan does with riders and sponsors (remember its on tv and that's what they are paying for ..correct coverage ) I wouldn't have a business

simonbc You are so, so right on Keenan. It was a genuine mistake - he's not the guy Saddles thought he was. Manly baritone - not high-pitched! Will try and put in a correction above. Thanks for reading and flagging up. Any idea who the squeaky guy is - did some commentary on the universal feeds, bit for SBS and ITV too in UK.
