The crew has arrived in Girona for the 2013 season! Ripp and Jonny catch up with Lotto-Belisol’s Marijn de Vries in old town Girona, and she even makes an appearance in “Undercover Gunn.” Alex Rasmussen shows us he’s not hard to find, and takes us to some of his favorite spots in “G-Town.” The boys nearly die heading up Rocacorba as a critically-acclaimed journalist sees exactly what they’re made of, with the assistance of Gareth Speechley of gironacycling.com. Saddleblaze is back to discuss the Puerto trial and a little bit about Andre Greipel. All this, plus the news from CX Worlds, some guy in a bacon suit harassing Pat McQuaid, and what’s the story with Bernie and Cav?

The boys interview Argos-Shimano rider Koen de Kort, who dishes on facial hair, babies, and plans for 2013. Neil Browne goes off on a certain “innocent” in cycling. Saddleblaze hits out on vegans in cycling, the Russian mafia, and Change Cycling revolutionaries. Saddles has a few other tasty surprises during his segment, and USGP’s Joan Hanscom is back to give us the “411” on the latest from the series in Bend. Hugsy returns at the expense of the Twitter bird, Ripp lets a record number of F-bombs fly, and what the devil is all this Kraken business?
