Well done.. it gives an interesting view inside the kitchen of your team. We see the images and video’s of riders training, but the internal group dynamics is a black box for us, or me at least. It’s funny what you say, about riders announcing their hours of training.. how many times you see someone announce a performance test they are about to do – but never follow up on that and share the result. When there’s silence, I know enough! 😉 Good luck and keep ’em coming.
