Nice maiden blog, Koen! Well done.. it gives an interesting view inside the kitchen of your team. We see the images and video's of riders training, but the internal group dynamics is a black box for us, or me at least. It's funny what you say, about riders announcing their hours of training.. how many times you see someone announce a performance test they are about to do - but never follow up on that and share the result. When there's silence, I know enough! ;-) Good luck and keep 'em coming.
