		<description><![CDATA[Why, oh why is David Millar given such lofty accolades when he is just another dirty doper who was caught out cheating the very system that employed him. Bitch and moan about how he&#039;s reformed, such a good example, etc, etc, but he is what he is,  and I have no respect for him....well, no more respect for him than any other rider that was lucky enough not to get caught. I&#039;m not fussed by the doping scandals, it is not good for the sport, but it was definitely widespread, but to think he is almost making himself out to be a selfless martyr is cringeworthy. Maybe concentrate on those who were open about their refusal to not dope when you want to applaud anti-doping cyclists, rather than a guy who would have still been at it if it weren&#039;t for &quot;bad luck&quot;]]></description>
