That’s something interesting. I’m catalan and I think that you and your community (the pro) are the guilty ones. Obvious all the cyclists have a part on the guilty (demanding campaign of respect, the tourist…) but I think that all started when Lance Armstrong was in Girona and when he won something, the politics wanted to make a gift and you read it in an article on the newspaper with those new sings they put.
How many pro are living in Girona?

Today I found more respect on the road than 10 years before.

As someone who’s had the dubious distinction of becoming the hood ornament on a Buick, had a handful of construction nails thrown at my back, and been run off the road by a tour bus while pulling my daughter in a Cannondale Bugger at the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, I believe the States could use a healthy number of those signs – at least for a start. Maybe the NRA will consider putting an armed guard on a bike next to me so some maniac with a Bushmaster doesn’t just mow me down?????

Those signs would be defaced within minutes here in the UK.
And Clarkson would be hooting all over every media outlet that would have him, and all other journalists would be up in arms calling for the death penalty for cyclists.

V interesting. I don’t think I have seen signs like those in Castillian speaking bits of Spain. Are they just a Catalan thing? I wonder if attitudes are different in Catalunya to other parts of Spain.
