McQuaid’s last stand?

Cyclismas has obtained a copy of this 3 August 2012 Letter from Pat McQuaid, President of the UCI, to William Bock, General Counsel for USADA, which demonstrates the duplicitous and self-serving nature of our sport’s governing body. After you read this letter, what more proof do you need of how Aigle does business? Recalling McQuaid’s earlier statements on how they had no jurisdiction, one has only one question to ask.

Who is McQuaid truly protecting beyond Mr. Armstrong?
