We have updated the list. New additions, many subtractions. And a big jump in suspicious behaviour of Lance Armstrong.

Also of note is the acceptance in the women’s peloton of clean tweeting, as only 1 woman made an appearance in this index. We are proud of this development as a victory to the CleanTweets Passport Programme.
